Executive Summary
It is a collaborative initiative named CyberSHE Program between CISO Consultancy, EC-Council, and Women in Cybersecurity Middle East (WiCSME) to conduct a series of boot camps aimed at empowering 1500 women with cybersecurity skills over three years, starting in 2024.
Program Overview
Vision: To transform the cybersecurity landscape in the Middle East by empowering women through specialized training, thereby enhancing the region’s digital security and bridging the gender gap in this crucial field.
Mission: To train 1500 women in the Middle East over three years in advanced cybersecurity skills, equipping them to take on significant roles in the industry and contribute effectively to the region’s digital defense.
Objectives :
Empowering Women: To provide women in the Middle East with the opportunity to develop cutting-edge cybersecurity skills.
Bridging the Gender Gap: To actively reduce the gender disparity in the cybersecurity sector in the Middle East.
Strengthening Regional Cybersecurity & National Global Cybersecurity Index “GCI”: To increase the region’s cybersecurity capabilities by introducing a skilled and diverse workforce as well as increasing the Respective Hosting Countries’ Global Cybersecurity Index “GCI”.
